We are very excited about this seasons team.  Each player brings a competitive spirit to the team and a constant desire to work hard.  We have several returning players that have been involved in the Metro program for a number of years but we are also excited to welcome some new players to our program that demonstrate great skill and potential growth.  We look forward to working with each of our new players to help develop the technical aspect of their game but help them push their limits and expand their volleyball knowledge and skill.  Looking forward to another great season Coaching with Metro in the North Region!

Each year our 17s team has a small contest to see who's NCAA Women's D1 Volleyball bracket will out score all the other brackets.  Some players compare stats, records and injuries to make their selections; while others have their favorites they just hope will be an upset. Either way you never know until the last whistle blows.
