MJ will be the head coach for the 12's North team this year. This is his first year with Metro. He is currently the assistant coach at Frederick Community College. MJ has previously coached at the high school, club, and collegiate club level. He spent two years as an assistant coach for Bald Eagle Area High School (Wingate, PA) while they won back to back Mountain League titles and advanced deep in the PIAA District VI AA tournament. He also served as an assistant with the Revolution Volleyball Club - North for two years, and a season as an assistant with the Penn State Women’s Club Volleyball team

MJ graduated with a bachelors degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management from Penn State in 2011, and is currently a consultant with a hospitality technology consulting firm based in Potomac, MD.
