Coach Ki is entering her first season for Metro this season! She has assisted with multiple skills volleyball camps from years 2017 to now. Kilana has been playing volleyball since 2011. Even though she may not have as much experience many people look for, she brings knowledge about multiple different positions on the court. Kilana played all 4 years of her college career; 2 years at St. Andrews University in NC and 2 years at Bowie State University here in MD. She played as an OH/DS and also as a libero. Along with playing in college, Kilana has also played overseas in Costa Rica. She is now one of the assistant coaches at Bowie State University. Kilana graduated with her undergraduate Bachelor's of Science in Biology with a concentration in Organic Chemistry. She works as a lab manager for the Federal Government and plans on taking her experience with work and with her undergraduate to getting her PhD in Neuroscience.
