Ricky brings over 15 years of experience in volleyball. He started coaching boys club volleyball  from 2002-2003. He later transitioned to Metro Volleyball Club in 2006 where he has coached various top teams 14s -18s age group.  His knowledge  creativity and passion for the game has increased his coaching experience both technically and competitively. Over the years, he has completed numerous coaching clinics. In his free time, he loves working out, travel and hiking with friends.
