Mandy Blumenauer is returning for her 7th club season with Metro, and her first year as the head coach of 17N.  She has 15 years of coaching/assisting volleyball experience at the public high school & club level.  

Mandy continues to play through USAV Adult Women's Program, and other recreational leagues as a rightside and a setter; previous competing at Nationals three times including trips to Phoenix, AZ (2011) & Louisville, KY (2013) and Orlando, FL (2016)/2016 Regional Champions. 

Aside from volleyball, Mandy is a CIDQ Interior Designer and USGBC LEED AP w/ a B.S. in Interior Design from Philadelphia University.  She is currently a Director at DBI Architects in Reston, VA, where she has been employed as an Interior Designer since 2007. In her spare time, she enjoys playing with her dog, art, photography, and traveling & spending time with friends and family.
