I believe that the growth of coaches and players never ends and I hope to create an environment where players feel comfortable to be challenged and grow so they are ready for their future. Minh Pho will be going into his second year with Metro North moving to the 15’s head coach position from the 16’s assistant coach last year. Previously, he has coached for the Carroll Viper Volleyball Club for the 15’s, 16’s, and 18’s age groups. Minh is also in his 5th year as the JV coach at Westminster High School.

Minh graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park with a B.S. in Physics w/a Secondary Education concentration and from Stevenson University with a M.A. in Teaching. He currently teaches Human Body Systems and AP Physics at Wheaton High School in Montgomery County.
