Originally from New Jersey, Kelly McCaddin arrived in the DC area in August 2011 to play for American University under coach Barry Goldberg. Three out of Kelly’s four years included conference championships and NCAA tournament berths. Her Junior season was AU’s most successful year ever, with Kelly reaching career highs in almost every category and gaining All-League recognition.

After leading her team in blocking and hitting categories her Senior season, Kelly graduated in May 2015 with a B.A. in Communication Studies with a minor in Marketing. In August 2015, Kelly went out to Pamplona, Navarre, Spain to compete for GH Leadernet Navarcable’s team C.D. Iruña. 

Kelly has been with Metro, specifically with 16 Travel, for 3 seasons. Each of these seasons has resulted in an Open Bid to Nationals where two out the 3 teams has finished in the top 15.
