Julie Morris- 15 Central Head Coach - 2020
"I'm very excited to return to Metro for another season and I'm fortunate to get to coach so many great young athletes!"
This is Julie's second season with Metro and she is very excited to be a part of such a great club. Last season Julie coached the 13/14 Central team, winning gold in the CHRVA Silver A bracket and winning medals in several local tournaments. Julie has been involved with volleyball in the DMV area since 2007 where she has been a referee, coach and player. Julie was a referee prior to becoming a coach, and she has been a club coach since 2012 and a high school coach since 2013. She has coached 14's, 15's, 16's and 17's, and at the Freshman through Varsity levels for high school.
Julie enjoys playing recreational volleyball and volunteering for many local nonprofit organizations. She moved to the DMV from Arizona in 2006 and now lives in Northwest DC and works in Maryland. She has a Masters degree in Business Administration and a Masters degree in Management Information Systems.
