Lindsey is excited to being coaching with Metro. She played a total of 11 years! Growing up in Northern Virginia, she played at Osbourn Park High School while playing for various club teams. She then went on to play in college at Davis & Elkins College, a small Division 2 school in Elkins, WV where she played DS/Libero. While playing volleyball in college, Lindsey was actively earning her Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology. After graduation, Lindsey became a personal trainer for Gold's Gym for 2 years before becoming a paid Firefighter/Paramedic in Frederick County Maryland, where she currently works.
