Coach Z is entering her fourth year with Metro Volleyball Club where she has coached the 12s and 16s age groups in the South region. She has held several high school volleyball coaching positions such as Dover High School JV Head coach in 2009, Falls Church High School Freshman Head coach in 2014, Falls Church High School Varsity Assistant coach from 2015 - 2016, and Falls Church High School JV Assistant coach in 2017. Coach Z is currently the Assistant Volleyball Coach for Bowie State University a DII CIAA university in Maryland.
Coach Z earned her BA in Advertising and MS in Mass Communication and Journalism at the University of Southern Mississippi. She is currently working for the Federal Government as a Program Analyst in Washington, DC.
