Brad Blumenauer coached with Metro Volleyball Club for 4 years.  Brad is also the Varsity volleyball coach at Brunswick High School.  He is coming off a consecutive school record for season wins at Brunswick.  

Brad started playing volleyball at Salisbury University where he played two years of club volleyball.  Brad earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Salisbury and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental/Marine Science from University of Maryland Eastern Shore.  He currently still plays in recreational leagues in Frederick and at the Volleyball House in Elkridge, MD.  While enjoying beach doubles the most, being from the interior of Maryland there are not many sand courts to play at so he enjoys playing indoors, but also plays outdoor grass doubles in the summer.   This summer he finished second in a Men's A tournament in Virginia Beach.  

Brad is currently a Research Associate with a contractor for the Department of Homeland Security.
