Kayla is entering her first season coaching at Metro Volleyball Club. Kayla has assisted coaching at Urbana High school for the past three years and has had four years of coaching club experience. She began playing volleyball in Virginia at the high school level (Fluvanna County) and club level (RVC). Kayla is a former Division II volleyball player from Shepherd University, where she was captain her senior year.  In the mean time Kayla plays sand and indoor volleyball in Hagerstown. She has received her Bachelors in mathematics from Shepherd University and a Masters in teaching from Frostburg University. Outside of volleyball Kayla is a middle school math teacher in Washington County.
