Kelly Miller joins Metro this season as the assistant coach for the 15s East team. This is her First-year coaching. Kelly has over 13 years of playing experience at the high school and club level as setter and opposite. Originally from Clarksburg, Maryland, she played indoor volleyball for Montgomery Village Sports Association (2007-2014). Kelly played high school volleyball at the Academy of the Holy Cross, where she was a member of the 2012 and 2013 WCAC championship teams. In college, Kelly played for Towson University’s club team, which she was a part of the executive board her senior year. The club team is a student-run organization where Kelly became accustomed to helping plan practices, deciding line-ups, and organizing travel plans for travel tournaments. She also plays adult club with D.C.’s Women Volleyball, when the class schedule allows.

Kelly graduated from Towson University in 2018, where she received a B.S. in Psychology and Criminal Justice. She is currently working on getting her master’s in forensic and Legal Psychology with a concentration in Intelligence Studies at Marymount University. She works as an intern at The National Consortium for the Study of Terrorism and Response to Terrorism (START) at the University of Maryland.
